While course content aligns with many competencies outlined in the CWEA Mechanical Technologist Grades 1–2 framework, the series is designed to develop well-rounded professionals and strengthen day-to-day technical capability. Meet the Trainer
Roy Reynolds is a retired Maintenance Superintendent with over 32 years of experience in the wastewater industry, 27 of which were in plant maintenance and 5 years in collection system maintenance. Mr. Reynolds holds a CWEA Mechanical Technologist Grade 4 certification and is an active CWEA member. A former Navy Seabee, he holds an AA degree in business management and a certification in TMP and Pump Maintenance.
