Cancellation Policy: Live Online or In-Person Training

Cancellations received up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled training are fully refundable.

Cancellations 1-7 business days prior to class, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time by notifying us through one of the contact methods listed in the footer below.

Each trainee must be registered even if employees are viewing training as a group. Certificates of completion will only be issued to registered trainees.

DKF Solutions Group reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training up to and including on the day of the training. In the event of a training cancellation 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Alternatively, at the trainee's request and if space permits, we will make every effort to transfer their registration to a different session on the same topic or a session on a different topic that has an equal or lower registration fee.

Cancellation Policy: Agency Basic Subscriptions

Cancellation of Agency Basic subscriptions can be made at any time during the subscription period. For cancellations of subscriptions prior to their renewal date, the agency will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the subscription term. Subscription fees will not be refunded or prorated.

Whenever possible we extend a grace period upon request. For a cancellation within 5 business days of purchase of a monthly subscription, or within 14 days of purchase of an annual subscription, contact us by one of the methods listed in the footer below. In most cases we will provide a refund of the most recent transaction. In this case cancellation would result in immediate termination of access to subscription benefits.

Cancellation Policy: Agency Pro Subscriptions

Policy overview: Due to the nature of the Agency Pro subscription, subscribers are bound by an annual contract. Subscriptions may be paid with one annual payment or in 12 monthly installments; however, all subscription terms are based on the 12-month period following purchase. For cancellations of subscriptions prior to their renewal date, the subscriber will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the subscription term. For subscriptions that are paid in monthly installments, the subscriber must continue to make monthly payments through the end of the subscription term in accordance with the contract. Subscription fees will not be refunded or prorated. Refer to your contract for a more detailed description of the cancellation policy. Where there are discrepancies between this overview and the signed contract, the policy as described in the contract will be the policy we adhere to.

Return Policy

Our policy for purchased products such as, but not limited to, books, training materials, and downloadable software applications lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return of physical goods, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Self-directed and recorded video online training courses

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
