Series Synopsis

Conflict and tough conversations are part of every workplace, but with the right skills, they don’t have to damage relationships or performance. This six-part workshop series, Workplace Conflict Resolution Interpersonal Skills, is designed to equip supervisors, managers, and team members with practical, easy-to-apply strategies to address conflict, de-escalate difficult situations, strengthen communication, and build trust within teams and organizations.

Each 90-minute session focuses on a specific aspect of workplace conflict and communication—from recognizing early warning signs and handling disagreements constructively, to holding people accountable with respect, mediating disputes, and practicing active listening. Participants will walk away with actionable tools to create a more collaborative, productive, and respectful work environment.

This series includes the following classes: Communication Styles and Active Listening Skills, Conflict Resolution at Work - Building Stronger Relationships, Holding People Accountable Respectfully, How to Disagree Respectfully, Mediating Employee Disagreements, and Workplace De-Escalation Skills.
